We want to make the most awesome products that you own. We want them to be your favorites and be happy with them. If within 14 days of the delivery of your order, you are unhappy about the product, send it back to us and we'll process the return and refund you. However, the product must be in unused, like-new, resellable condition and cannot be an item that was discounted (on sale). All sale items are final when purchased and cannot be returned. Return/exchange shipping label(s) and/or costs are your responsibility, unless there was a mistake we made with your order or because of a product defect.
If returning the product you purchased is absolutely necessary, please do the following:
- Make sure that the item(s) are in brand new, unwashed, and resellable condition. If you've worn this and/or try to fabricate a story about the condition of the product, don't do us like that. Let's all do the right thing here and be honest.
- Return the item(s) with a note in the package and the shipping form that was sent to you so that we know who it's from and why it's being returned to us.
- Be patient with us. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Banks love to take their time giving money back. Unfortunately, at this time, we don't offer store credit.
Now, if you got your product and it's too small or too big, you can definitely exchange it for a different size (as long as we still have that in stock). We want you to look good, feel good, and live good. You can return the product back to us by following the steps above, but this process will take a little longer. We're going to let you in on a pro tip here, though.
The fastest way to get the right size/product you need:
- Place another order through the website immediately. This will secure that size/product you need rather than risking it sell out by the time your return gets back to us.
- After you've placed that order for the correct size/product, then we would advise that you complete the return process and send the unwanted size/product back to us for a refund.
- Be sure to include a note in the return so we can process your exchange as fast as possible.
If time isn't a concern and you want to make an exchange the old school way, do so this way:
- Ship your product(s) back with a note telling us what size you want to exchange for. It's as simple as that.
- Return/exchange shipping label(s) and/or costs are your responsibility, unless there was a mistake we made with your order or because of a product defect.
