WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

The Off Axis crew works hard, but please keep in mind that we are not machines. Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. We are usually able to get your order packed up and shipped out by the business day after your order was placed. We ship orders from Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays and/or special events). If we are ever not shipping orders at certain times, we do our best to let you know on the home page banner so we can help set your expectations. 

Once your order leaves the Off Axis headquarters, you should receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping notification or tracking within 3 business days, visit our 'Contact Us' page and let us know. We will help to figure out what the heck is going on and clear things up.

As much as we would love to hand deliver each and every order that is made, we physically cannot. So we have to rely on our friends at UPS and USPS to help get your order to you. We trust them, but we know they are people, too (and like us, not machines). Once we have shipped your order, please understand that they are doing their best to get it to you as soon as possible. At that point, it's out of our hands and we have to be patient with them. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING OR BILLING ADDRESS?

Once you place an order, you (our valued customer) cannot change the shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address, please get ahold of us via the 'Contact Us' page and let us know what the new shipping address should be. We can't guarantee that we will be able to get the shipping address updated in time, but we can guarantee that we will do our very best to adjust it. Please know that even if you reach out immediately after placing your order, there's no guarantee it can be changed. Please note that USPS and UPS charge fees for intercepting packages which will ultimately be the responsibility of the customer.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

If absolutely necessary, you can reach out to us via our 'Contact Us' page to have the best chance of getting this done. We can't guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can guarantee that we will do our best to make this happen if you wish.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If demand is big enough down the road, we will definitely consider international shipping. Help us out and tell your friends about us so we can offer this.
